UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
probably the only fuse I didn't check - why check the electronic ignition fuse if you turn the key and the truck starts???????
so ... I replaced the fuse ... and all the components are back to normal
!!!! thank god, it's going to go over 90 degrees again today!!
