The files should be in your inbox. While you have the intake off for the bank 1 coils I would suggest replacing the spark plugs with OEM-style plugs and go the few extra steps to check/replace the PCV valve rubber elbow. Ford PCMs don't fail all that often so I would be hesitant to jump on that conclusion.
The intake manifold gaskets are reusable as long as they are not damaged.
