Lots of work but little progress...
Tried to check if the cowlings fit well. However, there's some problem(maybe serious)and it needed lots of correction and sanding.
So, big corrections have been almost finished.
Air-intake... Made sill for front cowling.
And lengthen the inside of front cowling where the air-intake is fit.
They will be fit like this.
Rear cowlings - A little change with the original part.
And Bolts...
For this project, I'm using lots of bolts from after market, and many of them should be embeded.
Compare the bolts. THEY SHOULD BE EMBEDED.
Chain tensioner. I used screws and nuts from Tuner Model Manufacturer and they look perfect.
Handle part. It still needs lots of work.
