The steering wheel is mounted to the steering shaft with a tapered spline. You will need a puller to remove the wheel from the taper. Matchmark the wheel and shaft before removing it so it goes back on in the same orientation.
You'll also need a lock plate depressor and might need lock ring pliers to remove the wire lock ring.
