Since you have codes for both banks, you're looking at something common to both. First to check would be the air filter, and if that is fine, then the MAF would be a good candidate to clean. I'm assuming you don't have access to a scan tool with the datastream mode since you had Autozone read the codes. Monitoring the values on the MAF, Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor, Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor, etc. could help you narrow this issue down better. It would also be a good idea to check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail.
It would seem that your oxygen sensors are working properly and reporting a rich condition. Also a fuel leak would not likely cause a rich condition.
As for the oil light, have you checked the oil level and changed it recently? If the level is correct and the oil is not dark and nasty, then the oil pressure switch may be malfunctioning.
