92 Honda Accord with loose steering wheel
I have a 92 Accord DX which seems to have a loose steering wheel. When I turn left or right the wheel stays turned in that direction, yet the car will be driving straight. I took off the front of the steering wheel and noticed that the center bolt was loose, so I tightened it down (note I tightened the hell out of it). I took the car for a test drive after and still had the same problem.

Any Ideas?
