Those codes are BOTH reporting a bad reading from the DPFE, the unit that measures the EGR flow.
It could be a defective DPFE, or it is reporting a actual condition.
P1400 means DPFE Sensor low voltage.
P1403 is not common......could mean the hoses that connect between the front exhaust manifold and the DPFE are reversed.......

Verify the hoses.....which I think are different sizes.....and verify the electrical connections.

These codes have nothing to do with Traction control or ABS.
Verify the brake fluid level in the master cylinder.....and verify that the ABS wheel sensors are connected......and are the correct distance from the exciter wheel (looks like a gear).
