1999 Lincoln Cont shifts hard from 1th to 2nd gear
Front seal was leaking in Trans. Had Trans shop fix it in Gulfport, Ms. The bill was $1,041. Now it shifts hard from 1th to second gear. It also has a slight whinning noise when I shift into gear. The trans shop put in new seal and torque convertor in. What could be the problem now?
