It sounds like the power window switch assembly or a defective express down module located in the same switch pod. Your original problem was probably the same since the regulator with drive motor won't do anything until it gets the up or down voltage from the switch.

On the odometer display there is a fix where you remove the IP panel and re-solder possible bad/cold solder joints and/or replace certain resistors. Otherwise you will need a replacement IP and the last known mileage will have to be programmed in to the odometer module in the IP.
