So, I was at VIR this past weekend, and I seem to be having some serious wheel lockup issues. maybe it's the tires, or maybe it's the suspension needs to be realigned, but I was having to brake at the 6 on the front straight at VIR and was still BARELY braking enough to enter Turn 1 at a reasonable rate of speed.
I had this problem BAD before when I had too much camber on the front end, and it seemed to get better when i dialed the camber back to -2.5deg up front.
I have not checked alignment since i did the motor swap to see where its all at, but I did set the toe to 1/8"toe out.
WIth the reduced front end weight, could i be oversprung now? I figure I saved @ 200lbs or so....I may drop the front rates down @ 100pounds and see what that does.
The rear end definitely seems to be more twitchy/lose mid corner, which it NEVER was before. Some of this could be rusty driver with the lighter car and more power, but i figured I's solicit some feedback!
Thanks!
