It looks like a cap like thing the size of a power steering fluid cap with an O ring on it and 2 vacuum lines one small and one going to the PCV valve. I it located just to the right of the throttle body. It is attached to the intake manifold with 2 studs. The cap pops back on and locks in with a 1/8 turn but it looks like the clips are damaged.

I would like to replace this part but I'm not sure what it is called or what (if any) to expect when it is removed from the manifold. Was anything inside this and blown out? It was an empty tube.
On things like that your GM parts man is the man to see.
He should have or be able to get the parts you need.
Always take you vin no with you so he can look up parts and pictures of parts for it.
