I have an 04 malibu that is having some problems. The green, I'm guessing, 6 or 7 pin harness that plugs into the bottom right below the key is lacking power. I know it had +12v key off & and another wire had +12v key on. Neither do now.

Due to that, I have no lights on the gauge needles, the fuel & temp sensors and speedo are slow to respond.

Anyone have a wiring diagram, or can assist?

Someone tried to tap that line for +12 key on only, and caused this problem. Now I have to clean up the mess.

I already checked all the mini fuses in the engine bay and trunk.
