All in all, I'd say you're getting a good deal. You could try to go a little lower into the $6,000 range as justin suggested, but I'd say $7,100 for a loaded model is pretty good actually.

I looked for it at Kelley Blue Book Values, but they don't have a 1993 Prelude SR-V (Canadian model?):

$8,895 was their price for a 1993 Honda Prelude VTEC Coupe with 100 K miles and the options you described and in my neighborhood (I don't know your zip code).
$8,520 was their price for a Honda Prelude Si Coupe with 100 K miles and the options you described. So it seem you are definitely doing well at $7,100.
