Well, $3000 is a pretty good price for a 90 RX-7 if it is in really good condition. As far as the turbo the N/A or swap, you are better off buying a turbo model. And at 138k miles it has probably been rebuilt at least once. Average life of a rotary is 100k, but they can last longer depends on the maintenance.
