on my b20 in my 91 hatch, i used the stock map sensor on the firewall, even though theres one mounted on the b20 throttle body(i can actually use either one and it works fine) You should be fine using your stock map sensor, just be sure to have allthe vacuum lines hooked up to something or plugged.
