fujimi wheels generally attach by inserting an axle or peg into the wheel itself. most of the kits that tamiya makes include wheels that have pegs built into them that insert into a hole in the brake pad. so generally speaking, they are opposites. sort of like male vs female. you will have to do some slight modification to fit fujimi wheels onto a tamiya kit (unless its of the same design). i havent had much experience doing such a switch but on the one that i did attempt, i incorporated a metal axle in the rear and used plastic rods to attach the front wheels. not the easiest way im sure. id like to see how other, more experienced modellers have swapped rims on their cars.
