Well it appears to me that you're lackin' some info. Did you just swap a block? Did you carry over any of the parts from your original (what would carry over)?
Well I've notta clue what could be wrong, but you swapped an engine I'm sure you can figure out an idle problem. *hint*maybe*hint* idle? Just sounds that way if you drop the clutch and drop to roughly 500rpm.
