I would modify the gear stick and hand brake levers between the seats, since it looks like you are planning to keep the roof open. Those pieces do a lot to the final model outlook.

Can I see some straight shots of the seats? At first glance those look like the seats off a tamiya evo, a quick search on the net I discovered the vehicross seats are made by Recaro! I also like the party variety patterns on them.
