You could pull the plug to the dimmer and ohm out the dimmer with a multimeter. Best thing to do is to check yer fuses and then check to see if the dimmer is still plugged in.
AC cluster? You mean the button? Or the control panel? The heat/ventilation controls has a small bulb behind the panel.
This is what I did to replace that bulb.
