Hi Weeze.. you really need to start a new thread on unrelated questions, makes it easier for others (reading titles only) to find answers.

Is your handle missing, or just not working? It's possible the connector rod from the handle to the latch has slipped off.. reference #3 in the attached drawing, this is from the 1996 Continental.

Also note #2; these two nuts are all that holds the handle assembly onto the door.. well.. these two nuts and the attached linkage rods.

Contact Mike AKA junkyarddoggie over in the Town Car forum ( LINCOLN > TOWN CAR ) just one level up. He has lots of Lincoln parts. He may even have that Tee Thingie you keep taping.

Note this work is done with the inside door panels and facia gently removed.
