Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of the 3400 myself. i had a 2004 Grand Am GT with the ram air...bought it with 10 miles on it, and traded it in at 30,000 miles cuz i had nothing but problems with it.

but do the compression test and see what you get. I've seen these motors go at 100,000 miles many times before.
