It is not safe to drive it like that.

Better take the tire and wheel back off and have a good look at things there.

Check axel shaft and joints.
Check wheel bearing and brake rotor and pads.

Shake tire and wheel for loosness.
Did you check lig nuts for being tight?
Any rotor damage?
Is the caliper mounting bolts tight?
