I just ran into this problem and am hoping it's just the actuator. I was having trouble finding it, but now after searching this forum, I think I can find it and check to see if it is working. Should I be able to turn the shaft by hand? If not, I'm not sure how to tell if it's the actuator or the door itself. Good thing I still have rear heat.
