lets try and give ya somethin.. the map has a vacuum line going to it, and if that was in correctly hooked up it would make the car run bad, or if there is a break in the line.. also have someone put a timing light on it for you, make sure its in time. as for the 1.5 vs 1.6 it shouldnt be a big deal as long as they used your z6 parts to build the d15 long block. the map vacuum goes to the top right of the throttle body.
