Yes of course. This is called a Sequential TT setup. I believe this is how the Supra is turboed, I could be wrong on this though. It's a very effecient way to turbo INLINE vehicles. Meaning the v6 powerplant of the 300zx PROBABLY isn't a sequential TT, but it's possible.
