I don't know if you know but, there are several plugs that link the seat heaters, some small orange ones that form the circuit. The seats have 3 pads and the seat back 2. Now, I don't know if one of those comes unplugged if it would cause the whole system to stop working or if a break in one would do the same. Or it could be a simple as a broken wire. Just a thought.

Junk yard seats, would be the cheapest to replace them.
