Yep, Ueno Clinic is on the door when it won Suzuka's race. I didn't knew about the terms on this side "Gulf/UenoClinic" or the others, so again new things to me.
Ok so it was GULF which had no interest to to China, Marlboro was back then strong brand at motorsport like you mentioned, so maybe there is some connection, F1 and others. Maybe. Well atleast the Marlboro livery was one of the greatest at the end on shorttails.
And good details about JJ's history on #12R, I execpected that Zhuhai, it wasn't long race, only 4 hours. Well maybe there was some reasons which we don't know why he was getting third driver on the car.
As we know; J.J did magnificent work at FIA GT 1997 beating Mercedes drivers even that they had "racing car to the road" and McLaren was "road car to the track." Especialitely SPA was one of the highlight of the season.
