i bought a used 2002 rodeo. it did not have fog lights on it. i discovered that the wiring is already in the truck. i installed fog lights and put a relay in the fuse panel. there is power at the fuse and at the relay. when i turn on the switch the fog kight don't work. the switch has to provide a ground to energize the relay, but it doesn't. does this mean that the body control module has to be programmed for the fog lights to work or should i be looking for a wiring problem from the switch. thanks pies.
