1991 Celica GT - Electrical Help Needed.
I have a 91 Celica GT - 238,000 miles.

I have a problem in that the horn, cigarette lighter, and return function for the turn signal do not work at this time.

all fuses are good and not broken at this time. Any suggestions ?
