Had the same issue, I put a mechanics stethoscope on the idler pulley's and found both to be chirping, get them aftermarket if you can...at Dodge it cost a left knut. Seemed to help, BTW replace both...top and bottom...have fun with the belt...you need four arms unless you have practiced.
