What you want to do is very difficult if not impossible. What you can do is use a chisel type blade and scrape the badge right off. I don't know if im clear, but a flat shaped knife. Take it on an angle and try to cut just the badge off. Almost like trying to put the blade underneath just the badge, going right through.
Although i think you should avoid doing this because there are easier alternatives. For instance you can buy photo-etch parts that contains badges. They actually look better once complete.
