I hate the glass in these kits - very thick and don't fit at all. I think the next EG I make will have clear styrene in place of the kit included glass. I've experimented on a Fujimi EK, making the rear glass flush mount to the body like the 1:1. In that case, I used the glass Fujimi provided and cut the rear quarter glass off the rest of it, and sanded it until it fit into the hole, flush with the body. I think it looks pretty good, but Fujimi clear plastic is much thinner than Hasagawa's.
