Re: Sard Supra Drifter

Hello to all,

Well I figured that I should give you guys an update since you havent heard from me in a bit. Though this will be a tiny update.

I put together the roll cage.

I also got myself a resin battery for it.

Still trying to decide if I should mount it in the factory location, or if I want to mount it in the cabin. Depending how full the engine bay will be, will determine where it will go.

And finally I NEED HELP DECIDING!!!

I spent A LOT of time fitting the dash out of the street Supra into the SARD (though I may end up redoing some of it cause Im not happy with the results ).
What I am having a hard time deciding on is if I should use the center console or not.

If I use the center console then I will use the stock shifter and fabricate the drift hand brake to mount behind the console with a handle that reaches up over it.

If I dont use the console then I will fabricate a shifter that looks the way one looks without the console and still fabricate a drift hand brake.

Let me know what you all think, maybe that will help in deciding which way to go.

Thanks,
