1. Looks like about $100-$150 in materials alone, not including labor time.
2. How much time would you spend improving on the master? Wouldn't want the same massive panel gaps as the diecast, wouldn't want the paintjob, etc...lots of work to prepare.
3. Limited interest, you'd likely be the only one who would want more of them.
I doubt anyone will want to take you up on it. Most likely you'll either need to do the molds/casting yourself, or buy extra diecast models for your variations. If it's cheap enough, buying more diecast may be the most viable option.
