You (nor a body shop) can not fill the screw holes on the trunk lid where they will not be visible after a short period of time. Sanding the glue off the roof is a major job and would require as much work as sanding the rest of the body. $$$ Anyway, if you decide to go for it, she should look similar to the PA I bought a few months back. Every option available, except sunroof! Pics below:
