OK well then you need to be looking into why your check engine light is not coming on because that will be causing your no fuel problem. start out by checking all your fuses under hood and inside the jeep. specifically any fuses marked ECM, ECU, or PCM. you also need to check your main relay. the check engine light has to come on for 2 seconds then go off when you turn the key to the on/run position (the furthest you can turn it without cranking the motor over). this is call the computers self check. if no check engine light comes on then the engine will not start it will have no fuel or spark. i had this same problem with a 96 jeep Cherokee. the one i was working on ended up being a bad relay in the under hood relay center. hope this helps you some. any questions dont hesitate to ask.
