350 Rocket from a '70 needs revitilization

I just got a 350 Rocket out of a '70 Cutlass and have just pulled my tired 260 out of my 81 Cutlass. The 350 is really dirty and just plain old. What should I do to it before dropping it in the '81? I.E. new pan gasket, valve cover gasket etc...I'm not too familiar with working on motors so pulling the heads and valves etc would be a little too advanced for me but I'm open to having a shop do some stuff to it if not too spendy.
Also, should I get a bigger radiator for this motor or will the factory radiator that's in here be sufficient?
Also, I've got an Edlebrock carb for it and don't know if I need to get a Edlebrock manifold or how I'm going to handle the linkage too because the linkage for the 350 Rocket manifold is nothing like the linkage on the 260 manifold.
Thanks!
