I would try to blow compressed air from the fuel rail to the line where it connects to the front of the fuel filter (disconnect the fuel filter so if there is something in the line it doesn't stick in the fuel filter and then get stuck in the line again)If the pump is good, then you should blow something out of the line. The fuel pump is a somewhat common failure, I'd suspect it even though the repair place said it was good. You can test it yourself, just connect a hose to the pressure line (the bigger of the connections on top) and run it into a bottle. If you get gas into the bottle, you should be getting gas at the fuel rail. Maybe not pressure, but at least liquid.

Also incase you didn't know, the fuel pump only runs for 2 seconds when the key is first turned on and then while the engine is cranking. So if you're turning the key on and then going back to check, the pump will have shut off already.
