Hmm, well if fiberglass did break it would be a lot easier to fix. From what I hear. I'm guessing fiberglass would be lighter, my dad actually owns a Fiberglass shop and the stuff is pretty light. It would probably depend on if the urethane is solid through and if the Fiberglass is hollow on the inside.
My guess is that fiberglass is lighter, but I could be wrong.
