your first gear sinchronizer is gone well thats what i think but kind of weird cuz thats a new car but try aasking the dealer for check up on this one
how it works:If the teeth,(the teeth (2) spin not in the same speed) make contact with the gear, the teeth will fail to engage and a loud grinding sound will be heard as they clatter together. For this reason, a modern dog clutch has a synchronizer mechanism or
synchromesh, which consists of a cone clutch and blocking ring. Before the teeth can engage, the
