Colin Curwood, the brochures photographer sold two or three copies a while ago on ebay around the £120 mark, with the monies going to charity.
I think this seller is just price bumping, no doubt he still has them.
I paid £12.50 for mine and no its not for sale

BTW it is not a rare brochure, as some people might think!!
Its more of a picture book than a technical sales brochure, but very nice none the less.
