No, the DART windsor iron eagle block has a 4-bolt and also uses some of the better design features of a clevland block (like smaller journal diameters to help with bearing failures) as well as other racing upgrades they designed.

All the stock ford sportsman blocks were destroyed due to bearing failures and other heat and stress related issues. That is why we switched.
