Actually I figured it out. I determined the fan was definetly not good so I replaced it then tried it again and it still wasnt coming on. So I called a mechanic buddy of mine and he come over and checked it all out and said everything looked alright. So we tied it again and when it got up on the guage where I thouhgt it should come on and we shut it off. He wanted to wait just a little longer and sure enough it came on and everything seems ok now. I think the fan was working intermittantly. It definetly is fried and wont work at all.
