.. I would buy everything for a good price then have your friend swap it in.... Rust is a dealy killer
But our cars actually do not have the bad of a rust problem except in the wheel well where debree gets caught and decomposes. If it isn't that bad someone can easily fix it and prevent an outbreak. Go to another body shop and get their opinion also!
