help 96 lumina
my new fuel pump does not turn on. i instaled a new fuel pump and relay and checked the fuel injectors all read 12.3 ohms. the engine turnsover and i can jump the fuel pump and hear it running. the car at times run sometimes but it hasn't in 3 days. any help????????????:scre wy:
