00 regal 3.8, turn signals cause car to die

So this car is having electrical issues, lots.
The car came in and would not start, battery was dead put a new one in no crank. Tested power to the starter solenoid and motor, tapped on starter it started. Replaced the starter. Went to test drive car and the car dies when the turn signals are used (hazards are fine car does not die). Replaced the turn signal multifunction switch with a used one and car started. Died on test drive when turn signals used. Back in the shop I found the car had a remote starter installed. When you started the car with the remote start everything works fine, turn signals and all but you cant get the car to turn off with the key. So I removed the entire remote start system and now the car wont start. Wont come out of park unless the emergency button is pressed but the car has brake lights. I checked for power at the tranmission range switch at the transmission and it has power when cranked on the starter relay wire but no power at the solenoid wire when the car is cranked and its plugged in (sounds like a bad trans range switch on the transmission). My question is, why if anyone knows, would the turn signal switch cause the car to stall? I tried a used Body Module and nothing changed. When you turn the key on and press the turn signals all the dash lights go out. When the autostart was hooked up I checked for power at the body module for turn signals and it had power when the car was started with the autostart but no power when the car was started with the key??

Car is driving me crazy..! PM me if you have any help on this.
