Different bell housing, different drive shaft, possibly a different crossmember, flywheel instead of flex plate on the engine, complete clutch linkage, clutch master and slave cylinders, brackets, lines, etc. Different PCM, wiring harness under dash for starter interlock, different brake pedal & linkage, and depending on wheather your shifter is on the floor or on the column now, the shift interlock will need to be re-worked. Off the top of my head, that's a start. I'm sure if I thought about it, I could come up with more. Maybe someone that has done it will chime in.
