A "long block" is not an engine type. It simply refers to any engine which has the cylinder heads installed.
Also, the F150 has been in production for almost 60 years, and has had at least a dozen engine designs over the years.
We need to know the year and exact engine displacement size (such as 5.0, 4.6, etc) and engine layout, V8 or V6 or inline 6.
