i already deepened all the door lines and gas cap, ect, but i dont think it will have as drastic of an effect as this.

Thanks, man. I ussualy use Tamiya acrylic X-18 fo this. previously I ussualy used water as thinner, cause it's very easy to remove it from panels after wash, without damage to the paint (especially if it is tamiya paints).
But in this case i've decided to make extra hard wash, cause the model is covered with Kansai retan lacquer, wich is very hard and steady for different chemicals. So i didn't even thin the paint for wash with something, used it as it is in the bottle. Then removed remained parts of paint with Tamiya Acrylic thinner, without any influence to the lacquer. Here is one of previous work, Soarer vertex, washed with x-18 thinned with water (Don't mind about white parts of polishing compound, i didn't remove it yet).

yeah, i like the wheels too. Not only a wash, but a piant and wash , i've just fited it to see how it looks. thanks.
