Re: torque specs
The torque specs in the manual are not always up to date and are for the use of new bolts and hardware. It is always a good practice to use new hardware due to the bolts being strectehed during the torque process. Using them over will have a loss in clamp load. If you had machine work by an engine builder then I would listen to him, especially if he is going to stand behind his work.
NEW bolts and hardware always recommended.
